Shark is one of the few authentic Japan and Swiss watch Manufactures. It designs, creates, develops and produces both the external components of a watch and its "heart", the movement. Inspired by its history dating back to 1997, Shark applies its expertise with a modern approach, with the support of its Research and Development department. Marked out by nearly 20 patents filed, the company's heritage is reflected in the application of the latest technologies. Warranty
SHARK watches are high-precision, high-technology Manufacture products. Before leaving the workshops, your watch has undergone a number of rigorous quality tests. An international warranty does, nonetheless, cover your watch for any manufacturing defects over a period of 12 months, taking effect from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid in all official SHARK service centers throughout the world, according to the following conditions:
The watch has been purchased from an exclusive SHARK authorized retailer, the name and address of the retailer, together with the date of purchase and reference for the watch are clearly marked on the warranty certificate
Your watch has been worn under the normal conditions of use and maintenance recommended by SHARK and has not been mishandled
The warranty certificate, the only valid proof of purchase, accompanies the watch when sent to an authorized SHARK service center
Please note that the SHARK international warranty does not cover the normal aging of your watch, the natural wear and tear of leather, fabric or rubber straps, or any scratches on the case and sapphire crystals incurred when the watch was worn.
